Help To Claim Adviser
One of our Advisers recently said: “I wanted to do something of value. Now I help people gain more confidence using IT, help them overcome the hurdles claiming Universal Credit and help them reduce the stress and anxiety they feel about their financial situation. I believe I now do that and my job satisfaction is very high.”
The Help To Claim service offers end-to-end support to help people make a new Universal Credit claim and be ready for when their first payment arrives and is delivered by telephone, email and web chat.
We are looking for applications for a Help to Claim Adviser that demonstrate a good working knowledge of the benefits system and excellent IT skills, to support clients to make and complete their new Universal Credit claim. You will have a passion for working with people, helping them through challenging situations with a willingness to train and learn on the job.
We will also accept applications from candidates who are as yet untrained in benefits advice but who can show a basic understanding of and interest in the subject and who have the skills and ability to train quickly.
