Wansbeck PCN are running an event next year, where social prescribing teams from across Northumberland have been invited to come together under one roof – please see attached flyer.
The social prescribing teams will be showcasing their own diverse services and offering the opportunity to network with them and build some new connections.
The event is open to outside services to drop in and meet the Social Prescribers between 11.30 – 1.30pm
