Newcastle Fundraising Forum
Delivered in partnership with Lycetts we are delighted to offer this fabulous opportunity to expand your network, hear from peers, and sharpen your fundraising skills at our Newcastle Fundraising Forum.
‘10 things I’ve learnt as a fundraiser turned grant assessor’
Securing grants is harder than ever. Record numbers of grant funders have been pausing, closing early or spending out. So, we are delighted to welcome Vic Hancock-Fell, Founder of the Fair Collective. as the keynote speaker at our forum.
Vic will share 10 things she’s learnt from nearly 20 years as a small charity fundraiser, plus the fresh perspective she gained after becoming a grant assessor and reviewing 50+ applications at a time. Seeing so many in one go highlighted common pitfalls including some she realised she’d been making herself.
There’ll be space for peer learning, troubleshooting, and Q&A, and you’ll leave with a confidence boost and fresh ideas to strengthen your fundraising and grant applications.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
If you wish to attend, please RSVP to fundraising@benefactgroup.com with any dietary and access requirements (please state none if that is the case) by Wednesday 20th August. Space is limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Are you struggling with a current fundraising issue or challenge?
As the saying goes a problem shared is a problem halved. With a room full of fundraisers and charity experts this is the perfect opportunity to benefit from everyone’s collective experience. A huge success at last year’s forum, if you have an issue or challenge you would be willing to share, please let us know when booking.
Kind regards
