Thriving Together Programme Director

Due to increasing opportunities and demand we are recruiting a Programme Director for Thriving Together to build on the excellent work undertaken in the last 12 months by the team. You would join us at a very exciting time as we are on the cusp of real structural change across Local Authority and Health sectors.

Thriving Together Northumberland is a conduit for communication, safe and legal operation and collaboration within and between the VCSE and statutory partners. It is an innovative cross sector collaboration, whose prime purpose is to provide best value support and advice to VCSE organisations, showcasing and escalating their voice whilst working to support structural change to best effect for the most disadvantaged and disengaged communities of the county.

You will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategise and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural born communicator, you will have a strong talent for stakeholder management, project coordination and delegation.

Job Title:                 Programme Director

Salary:                     £36,412 to £40,464 depending on experience

Hours:                     As part of our commitment to being a flexible employer, applications are welcomed from candidates who are able to offer up to 37 hours a week.

Location:                Ashington/Hybrid working
