Rape Crisis Tyneside and Northumberland – Counselling Operations Manager

The post holder will work as the Counselling Operations Manager for Rape Crisis Tyneside and Northumberland (RCTN), a ‘by and for’ women’s independent specialist violence charity and company limited by guarantee. The post is open to both counselling and non-counselling professionals alike.

The post holder will hold responsibility for the line management of our highly skilled counselling team, ensuring counsellors feel fully supported and empowered to undertake their roles
