Networks
Thriving Networks are free to join and open to all individuals, community groups and organisations across Northumberland who are passionate about working together to create a more connected and resilient county. Each network focuses on a specific theme. By joining a network, members gain access to valuable information, opportunities for collaboration, shared resources and a platform to amplify their voices and impact. Whether you’re an individual with lived experience or an organisation working locally, there’s a network for you.

North Northumberland
NNVF
The North Northumberland Network (NNN) brings together public, voluntary, and community organisations with a shared aim of sharing information and strengthening the collective voice of the VCSE sector in North Northumberland. We work to bridge the gap between public and voluntary sector practitioners, addressing overlooked topics, and provide valuable information on funding opportunities, campaigns, community development, education, health, and social inclusion. Prudhoe Community Partnership
Prudhoe Community Partnership is a group of local people committed to making Prudhoe a better place to live and work, welcoming for all. We employ a manager to run Spetchells Centre but all our other projects are run by trustees and volunteers. Currently, we are working with others to plan the future of Front Street and linking up volunteers with local community groups. Anyone living or working in the Prudhoe can become a member of the Partnership. The members elect the trustees each year and receive a quarterly report.

Northern Veterans
The Northern Veterans network serves as a vital hub for connecting organisations and veterans, fostering a supportive community for sharing experiences, resources, and opportunities. By organising engaging events and discussions, the network enhances awareness of local services and initiatives, ensuring veterans receive the support and recognition they deserve, while also strengthening community bonds. Warmer Northumberland Partnership
We will continue to collaborate to ensure quick and appropriate responses to support Northumberland residents and address their holistic needs in relation to keeping warm or energy insecurity and efficiency. We will share insights, resources and use data to ensure campaigns and available resources are delivered effectively. Working in partnership across sectors will help strengthen local networks, ensure residents are receiving fit for purpose and timely information, and that they can access the best service through one pathway of energy-related support. This approach gives year-round connection to what’s going on and access to opportunities as they arise, including combining resources and diverse strategies, maximising reach and impact and minimising duplication.
