We know cancer can affect you physically, emotionally and financially. We’re here to help. Our specialist Macmillan advisers can help to support you and your family in a number of ways:
- work out what financial help you may be entitled to and help you to access it
- provide confidential advice on which benefits you could claim
- help you to apply for benefits and for one-off grants to help with energy costs or travel costs to hospital appointments for example
- help you to appeal against decisions on your benefit entitlement

Referring to the Macmillan Money & More Service
We welcome referrals from healthcare professionals, social care teams, local authorities, and community organisations across the region.
To ensure client data remains secure and to allow instant integration with our systems, our online referral form uses email domain verification.
Step 1: Is your organisation registered?
If your organisation’s email domain (e.g., @nhs.net, @northumberland.gov.uk, or @yourcharity.org.uk) is already registered on our system, you can access the online form directly and continue below.
Step 2: New Partner? Register Your Organisation’s Domain
If your domain isn’t registered yet, or if you receive a system prompt on the next page asking to register when trying to submit a referral, please email us requesting registration to become a Macmillan Money and More Referral partner using the email below.
