This form should only be used by professionals to refer service users to the Macmillan, Money and More Service – North. Please do not forward this link to service users directly.

Any service users who would like to self-refer should telephone our centralised triage service on 0300 124 5577 (Mon–Thurs 09:00–17:00, Fri 09:00–16:30).

Referring to the Macmillan Money & More Service

We welcome referrals from healthcare professionals, social care teams, local authorities, and community organisations across the region.

To ensure client data remains secure and to allow instant integration with our systems, our online referral form uses email domain verification.

Step 1: Is your organisation registered?

If your organisation’s email domain (e.g., @nhs.net, @northumberland.gov.uk, or @yourcharity.org.uk) is already registered on our system, you can access the online form directly and continue below.

Step 2: New Partner? Register Your Organisation’s Domain

If your domain isn’t registered yet, or if you receive a system prompt on the next page asking to register when trying to submit a referral, please email us requesting registration to become a Macmillan Money and More Referral partner using the email below.
