Excellent service - and very supportive in times of crisis my only criticism is that currently (9 Jan 19) the telephone numbers for CAB do not allow you to speak to anybody at the Ashington office - a far cry from the 01670 number they used to have that worked, I hope this is resolved soon ..

I have been in and used their services before and they are very good. However, at the moment I am house bound and needed some advice. I was told they cannot do this over the phone but that there was an advice line I could call. 3 days later and after calling them each day and been waiting on line for an hour each time, I still have not spoken to anyone. Not good enough CAB>
