Volunteer with Citizens Advice
Citizens Advice Northumberland is calling for volunteers of all backgrounds to deliver advice and support to our local people.
We’re launching an appeal for new recruits who can give their time to help people struggling with housing, benefits, fuel poverty, debt and any other problems they may face.
Last year we supported just under 20,000 people across Northumberland. We can only do this work thanks to our team of 70 volunteers, but we need more.

What people are saying
I would like to say a huge thank you for your time, patience and understanding. The service provided by the Citizens Advice Bureau is an invaluable community asset.
Thank you so much for all your help, you were a light at the end of a very dark tunnel, and the world is a nicer place for you being in it.
