Data and Digital Innovation Officer

We’re looking for a Data and Digital Innovation Officer to help us harness insight and technology to improve lives across Northumberland.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing and analysing data to help shape better services, secure funding, and shine a light on the issues facing our clients.

You’ll also lead the way in bringing fresh digital ideas into our organisation – identifying, introducing, and supporting tools and systems that make our work more efficient, effective, and impactful.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with data systems and turning data into insight 
  • Enjoys problem-solving and thinking creatively about digital solutions 
  • Can communicate technical ideas clearly to non-technical teams 
  • Wants to use their skills to create meaningful social impact

Vacancy Details

Salary:  £24,783 – £29,381 pro rata depending on previous experience 

Hours:  As part of our commitment to being a flexible employer, applications are welcomed from candidates who are able to offer anything up to 37 hours a week.

Location:  Ashington
