HR Officer
Citizens Advice Northumberland is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a professional, people-focused HR service that supports our dedicated staff.
As our HR Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for all HR queries and the go-to person for managers and staff alike. You’ll lead on day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
You’ll ensure our HR practices are not only compliant with employment law, but also aligned with our organisational values of fairness, inclusivity and respect. Working closely with managers, you’ll help shape a supportive and high-performing work environment that enables our people to thrive and our services to flourish.

Salary: £24,783 – £29,381 pro rata depending on previous experience
Hours: 37 hours a week
