You may be able to claim back travel costs if:
- You or your partner receive certain benefits or are eligible for the NHS Low Income Scheme
- You have a referral for an appointment that a doctor or dentist has referred you to
You can claim on the day at the following sites:
- Alnwick
- Berwick
- Blyth
- Hexham
- North Tyneside
- Wansbeck
If your appointment is at the Northumbria hospital in Cramlington, or you would prefer to claim after your appointment, there is a form you can fill out.
