Welcome back to our staff who have been returning to our premises throughout Northumberland. We had mobilised our staff earlier this year to work from home during the initial stages of the Covid-19 Pandemic. However, our premises are now Covid-Secure and staff have been returning since the end of August. We are also now in a position to open some of our face to face offices again to the public. Our Ashington and Amble offices have started to offer a drop in service again and this will make a huge difference to those who need us most and cannot contact us either digitally or by telephone. During the summer months we have seen a steady increase in demand from the people of Northumberland and we expect this demand to continue during the remainder of 2020.
