Life is a playlist. Sometimes you are uplifted, other times you are travelling back to a time and place. Is your playlist something that you are protected by and possessive of or does music provoke memories of sadder times or being with someone special?
Explore this and learn how to make your past; build your power for your future. This will be an interactive experience and you will be asked to participate, practice, listen and use lyrics to help build a strong song of your own.
You will be asked to be willing to reflect, experiment, work as a group and share what you are comfortable with.
