A new toolkit aims to improve support for families experiencing domestic abuse. It promotes coordinated ‘whole family’ approaches across services, offering practical guidance for implementation. Based on research, the resource helps teams work more consistently together and strengthen outcomes for those affected by domestic abuse.
Healthwatch County Durham has created a useful guide about waiting for an ADHD assessment and the NHS Right to Choose. As demand for ADHD and autism assessments has increased, NHS services have not been able to expand at the same pace. This means more people waiting longer for assessment. To help reduce waiting times in our region, more providers have been commissioned to carry out assessments.
